I think Yekaterinburg and Chelyabinsk are in Asia. They are both located east of the Ural mountains.

According to "Biggest Cities in Europe Quiz" both Chelyabinsk and Yekaterinburg are included in it and are said to straddle both Asia and Europe like Istanbul.
