The longest word in the English dictionary is 1909 letters.

Thank you for informing me of this, but the longest word in English itself (not in the dictionary because it would take up at least ten pages) is 189,819 letters long. It is the chemical name for Titin, as explained once the quiz is finished. Look it up.
