These are only the longest rivers if you go by man-made nomenclature rather than natural geography. For example number three should be the Mississippi-Missouri and you can only argue that the Mississippi is shorter because homo sapiens (in his wisdom) decided to label the shorter tributary the "Mississippi". Similar comments apply to the Ob-Irtysh. Somehow, you should make it clear in the instructions that this is what you are doing.
