I have rigged every country which is next to at least 2 of its bordering countries in the grid below with a mine! You have to defuse these by selecting every country that is safe.
All 8 boxes around a country count as being next to it.
This quiz counts overseas regions and autonomous cities but not overseas collectives or territories. Or simpler, the same as the countries by borders quiz.
Well "next to" and "border" can be used interchangeably. So I didn't think you meant anything about the countries' positions in the grid, I just thought you were being redundant.
Personally, I think saying, "...country which is next to at least 2 of its bordering countries in the grid below with a mine!" would make it very clear.
Maybe most people taking the quiz will already understand (just as I understood after I went back and read the caveats), but I just thought I would share my confusion as the first person taking the quiz. You can take my advice or leave it! :)
I first understood it as every country that borders 2 or more other countries has a bomb.
You might want to find a way to rephrase the instructions making it clear that you mean every country adjacent (in the grid below).
It says "which is next to at least 2 of the countries it borders", which clearly means what I mean and not that it borders 2 countries.

Edit: Sorry, didn't finish reading instructions.
