The capitals of Grenada and Antigua and Barbuda are St. George’s and St. John’s. Neither begins with the string “Sai.”

Other than that, enjoyed the quiz.

Interesting argument. Is there any source that would suggest "Saint" is an incorrect spelling for either capital? I checked both country's constitutions, and found no mention of the capital cities.

In the meantime, since "St." and "Saint" are frequently used interchangeably for both cities, I see no reason to change the answers here :)
