"I will never go there again, I wouldn't even give it one star! The rooftop pool is filthy, and the staff casually use racist and sexist language. The staff are all low-intelligence and act as if they don't understand what you're saying. Even when you protest, they pretend not to understand and ignore you. The front desk staff has a dedicated reception area for Japanese guests, but they're all incompetent and only do reception work."
