Hong Kong and Macau actually are their own countries. They have their own borders dividing it from China and have things that all other countries have, but China wants them to be called China.

I put Palestine because it is recognized by over 100 UN members and does have characteristics that other countries have.

There’s a strong arguement for including Palestine, but no country recognises Macau.
