Your list is underinclusive. In BC alone, Cranbrook, Kelowna Abbotsford and Victoria all have international airports.

I know. But I looked at Wikipedia and it said that 13 are designated as international airports by Trans Canada. I will add the others as well.

In Ontario, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London have international airports. There may be more.
