Name Dropping #46: Best Actress Oscars (1961-1970)

Complete the name of each actress by evaluating the hints and selecting the actress’s surname or family name (or lack thereof) from among the choices provided. The principle hint is the actress’s given name or personal name. The additional hint contains a designation of whether the Academy Award earned was for Best Actress (BA) or Best Supporting Actress (BSA), the year of the awards ceremony and the title of the film for which the performance was recognized.
