Each character can only get a maxium of 10 counts of each crime. Crimes being considered: Grand Larceny, Petty Theft, Murder, Mass Murder, Bribary, Vandalism, Corruption, Abduction, Stalking, Fraud, Arson, Blackmail, Terrorism. Life Sentences count as 100 years. This is also after the good ending.
