Yes they do: The two countries notably share a border division in the Caribbean island of Saint Martin, to which the northern part of the island is a French overseas collectivity known as the Collectivity of Saint Martin, while the southern part of the island is a Dutch constituent country known as Sint Maarten. No, the UK does not currently have any islands that are considered geographically part of Africa, but it does have a few overseas territories in the South Atlantic with strong political and economic ties to Africa, such as Saint Helena, Ascension Island, and Tristan da Cunha. Geopolitically, these islands are often associated with Africa due to their proximity and historical connections to mainland African nations, particularly South Africa.
