*First line is the band name. 1969. Song about a very common and popular activity on the highways of America in the 60s. Not so much these days because it's rather risky now. Even though the band was English, it was a bigger hit in the US. Two recorders can be heard on the song. They settled on the band name after changing the spelling of a novel by William Makepeace Thackeray.
