*First line is the name of the artist. 1961. Many know this artist thanks to the biopic about her called Sweet Dreams starring Jessica Lange and Ed Harris. This artist died in a plane crash in 1963 at just 30. She was good friends with Loretta Lynn. Many do not know this song of hers was written by Wilie Nelson. In 1996 this became the all time most played song in jukeboxes in the USA. This song reached #2 on the country chart and cracked the Top 10 pop chart. Nelson originally titled the song "Stupid." Thankfully, that changed!
