Guess the Fusion Rock Song Lyrics #189

*First line is the band name. 1967. British, legendary band. Bassist Jack Bruce based it on a distinctive bass riff he developed after attending a Jimi Hendrix concert. Eric Clapton and lyricist Pete Brown later contributed to the song and drummer Ginger Baker plays a distinctive tom-tom drum rhythm. The song is sung as a duet with Bruce and Clapton trading the lead from line to line.
