建武式目
近親者の死に際して喪に服す期間などを規定。
服忌令
財政難に陥った旗本・御家人を救済するために、債権者である札差に対し債権放棄・債務繰延べをさせた武士救済法令。
棄捐令
年貢の徴収方法で、過去数年間の年貢の平均を基準に、一定期間にわたって年貢を徴収する制度。
定免法
アヘン戦争の情報を得た幕府により撃退の方針が転換され、外国船に燃料や食料、水を与えて退去させることを命じたもの。
薪水給与令
新井白石により出された、長崎でのオランダ船・中国船との貿易に関して出した諸規定の総称。
海舶互市新例
異国船打払令の別名。
無二念打払令
地主による土地所有の進行を抑制し、百姓の土地所有を維持するために土地を再配分して均等に所持させようとした政策で天保の頃に佐賀藩で行われた。
均田制
雑穀・水油・蝋・呉服・生糸を江戸の問屋経由と規定した。
