I think by JetPunk rules Turkey is part of Asia and so shouldn't be included in this quiz. Great quiz tho!

Why is the Moldovan license Plate with german language?

The text under the plate is not part of the plate, it's written on the license plate holder. The car is from Germany, since 90% of cars in Eastern Europe are from Germany.

Im not really sure how fair this quiz is lol because a large amount of these are old styles that are no longer in use

Sorry, I am an American, so I am mostly unaware of recent changes in plate design. I thought all of these were acceptable (but I just dig Malta's old plate). If you could let me know what other plates are outdated so I can update the quiz, that would be great.

These are not recent changes, most of them are +20 years outdated. Malta, Latvia, Belgium, Greece, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria should have EU plates. Same with Cyprus which I don't see at all.
