Usa -

NA (cuba, alaska, pr, usvi, etc..)

SA (occupied galapagos islands)

Europe (italy, germany, iceland, russia in ww2)

Africa (liberia, libyan/somalian occupation)

Asia (philippines, japan, iraq, afghanistan)

Oceania (plethora of island nations, nmi, guam, hawaii, etc etc etc)

And if the netherlands qualifies for having land in oceania at one point how does portugal not?

I tend to use the Lydekker line rather than the Wallace line to differenciate Asia and Oceania, but maybe I should use the Wallace line. That being said, Portugal never had colonies in North America afaik.

As for the USA, I don't count temporary military occupation as colonisation in itself, even though it can open the way for it, so I wouldn't say they colonised Europe.
