感觉是不是可以设置typeins里面去掉街道和镇字，把专名打出来就算过了

因为有点怕区分不了海淀镇和海淀街道，所以就先让把通名也打出来了...不过所有那些长得既像街道又像镇的地方都做了通识别，打街道和镇都可以
