Name these 78 game consoles. Note that some of these were both extremely rare and some were only released in specific regions. One console didn't even make it to retail. There are no Pong consoles included.
This is a great quiz, but you need to adjust the type-ins. Having to type "Sega Genesis/Mega Drive" instead of just "Sega Genesis" or even "Genesis" is one example, but there are many like this on the quiz. "NEC PC-FX" instead of just "PC-FX". Also the correct spelling is "Turbo Grafx - 16" not "Graphix"
you need to decide wether or not to include the company name or not. Its a pain having to type in sega master system but then being able to just type in playstation or xbox or nes
There a ton of missing systems as well. Mattel hyperscan and Intellivision, Gizmondo, Wonderswan, Supergrafx, Commodore CDTV and C64GS, Pioneer Laseractive just to name a few
You need to work on your spelling. I guessed the TurboGrafx 16 correctly, and even tried the Japanese name, PC Engine, but neither worked.
You also need to make it accept just the console's shorthand name. I almost didn't get any of the Sega Consoles because the Genesis/Master System only accepted "Sega Master System", and all the other systems required Sega in front of it.
Also, if you're going to include console redesigns and different models, like you did for the DS and DSi and all the different manufacturers of the 3DO, then you should warn people about that in the instructions, and you should be more consistent/thorough in the redesigns you include. Include things like the GameBoy Pocket, the GameBoy Light, the DS Lite, the Toploading NES and its Japanese counterpart. Otherwise, just trim the fat and get rid of the extra models.
You should also mention that you include console peripherals. While the 32x could be a separate console, the Sega Channel definitely isn't.
1. The M82 was a retail demo unit and not meant for commercial use.
2.The Twin Famicom is a Famicom and Disk System combo system, not its own separate thing.
3.The Famicom is the Japanese version of the NES. The one listed here is the add-on, the Disk System.
4. The Mark III is the Japanese version of the Master System.
5. The Genesis won't fill in when "genesis" is typed.
6. The X'Eye/Wondermega is a Genesis and Sega CD combo system, not its own thing. Even if the list included combo systems, the CDX isn't listed.
7. "3DO" should only be one answer, not three.
8. It's TurboGrafx, not TurboGraphix. The Supergrafx is also missing.
9. The Hi and V Saturns are versions of the Saturn, not separate systems.
10. The Sega Naomi was an arcade system, not a console.
11. The GBA SP was a redesign, not its own thing. If the list included redesigns, the Genesis 2 and 3 aren't listed.
There's probably a few more that I've missed, but that's all I could think of
