U.S. Presidents with the Highest Scrabble Score

Try to guess the U.S. Presidents' names that would give you the highest score in Scrabble. Only first & last names are used unless they were commonly known by their middle name, in which case only their middle & last name would be used.
Assume you have as many tiles of any letter as you need
Full names are used in lieu of nicknames (e.g. William, not Bill)
For consistency's sake, middle names and middle initials are NOT counted (e.g. John Adams & John Quincy Adams would have identical scores)
Hint: Q and Z are worth 10 points. J and X are worth 8.
