For countries with multiple capitals, all capitals are eligible.

Hint: Z and Q are worth 10 points. X and J are worth 8.

Going by the accepted type-ins from the featured "World Capitals Quiz", "Sri Kotte", "Kotte" and "SJK" would all be accepted. I'd defer to Quizmaster as to whether "Sri J Kotte" should also be accepted.
