Sorry about that. For some reason when I changed it from Netherlandss to Netherlands, China changed to Chinas

How about Spain? It has territories in Morocco and its across the Mediterranean which makes them "Overseas".

Is there a reason Ecuador (Galapagos Islands) and Chile (Easter Island) are not considered? Seems more appropriate than Finland...
