Some of these are too non-specific. There must have been quite a number of people who died in Paris from the guillotine in 1794, a number who died in Los Angeles in 2009 from a drug overdose and in 2018 from heart failure.

Not being picky or anything but it is called pancreatic cancer, not pancreas cancer, and also Michael Jackson died of homicide by drug overdose.
