Man you make this WolfCam Geography Challenge tough. I'm looking at Google maps, switching over the countries trying find a correlation with their capitals or biggest city. I'm still coming up empty handed.

Alright, I think I have found a correlation. Could it be that the most populated city for each of these countries, begins with the same letter as their capitals?

These are the only countries whose capitals are not their largest city and the capital and largest city begin with the same letter!
