Too easy. Instead of having all the flags on one panel, separate them. Several times I didn’t know all the flags, but I knew one and it was pretty much a giveaway. Otherwise great quiz!

The flag of Afghanistan has black, white, red and green whereas the two possible answers for A (Albania and Austria) only have two colours each: red/black and red/white respectively.

Zambia actually has 5. The burnt-orange on the bird is separate from the colour on the right stripe of the vertical triband.
