I would argue against the classification of the Roman Empire, but it really depends on what you define as the terms for each, borders or military focus? Good quiz though.

It's a really debatable Empire to add, and I was genuinely debating on adding the Roman Empire, but I agreed. If this becomes a more arguable topic, I will replace the former country.

I've decided to switch out the Roman Empire for the Aceh Sultanate to keep the number of 15-15.
