-French Guianese People should accept "french guiana"
-San Andres, Margarita and Santa Catalina should accept san andres
I changed French Guiana People to accept just a place name and for San Andres i actually meant to just accept "San Andres" but i made a typo and that's why it didn't work.
I've never heard of any issues regarding international recognition of Belize (since Guatemala finally recognized it in 1992/1992). And I did a Google search just now to see what I might have been missing... but it turned up nothing.
(As one example among many: there's no mention of it anywhere on Wikipedia's List of States With Limited Recognition.)
So: I'm not aware of any reason why Belize might not be considered to have full international recognition?
