I was only surprised by the omission of New Mexico and Arizona. The rest of these make sense being centered around New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, Washington, Las Vegas, Miami... and of course Texas and Hawaii.

This quiz is in the list of quizzes for points but, when you've done it, it states it is not eligible for points - even after I've done the quiz, it still shows up in the list as '0' points and my best as '0%'...
