I wish this list was ordered more in terms of volume than alphabetically, but that's my only comment

Unfortunately the noise level is really hard to track and a lot of the recorded ones are controversial - Neyland Stadium supposedly broke the record last year but that was incredibly controversial so Husky Stadium still holds the record. I can order it based on how I feel though.
