But… Albania and Monaco don’t border each other. Quiz is pretty clear about how they are bordering countries.

If you say "The two countries must border each other on a map" : a few more words, but maybe a little clearer as an instruction (that it is not just writing the names next to each other).

Was a bit confused by the rules, the example shows two letters for each country, but a bunch of these were three from one, one from another. Maybe add another example to clarify?
