For Illinois, could you accept the cities in the reverse order as well? I've heard it both ways.

Came here to say this! I grew up in the Midwest and always heard it the other way around. Did they change it at some point or were we just wrong the whole time?

State College should be acceptable for Pennsylvania if you're referring to Penn State
