Glad you learnt something with the Netherlands quiz.
And no, sorry, that's not ok. I like the idea that every blogger has its identity on the RUB and mine is definitely IOAJ, so I would honestly hate if someone was stealing and altering it. I guess that's understandable. And most of all, I'm convinced that a good blogger is a blogger who achieve to meet success with their own ideas. So that's a clear no, sorry. But I encourage you to develop you own concepts: I'm sure you will find a good one one day which fits well your JetPunk identity.
The series should have a new blog before the end of the week. This evening if I find time...
If you continue on this way, I'm sure it will be the case one day! By creating a strong quiz and blog identity, you would increase your chance to get one, after all.
Wel... I completely understand your decision, it was just a bit difficult to handle in the urgence in that specific case. But your decision seems to be taken for the future so I guess it won't happen again anymore. Thanks for having let me know.
I of course didn't want it on my account, I don't want direct translations on my account as well, so I decided to move the quiz to punkfrancais.
That's completely understandable. And I'm very happy if some people can learn from my own mistakes of the past.
You are a talented JetPunkers publishing interesting blogs and features on several sections of teh site, so I'm sure that you will soon get features that you truly desserve (as you have already started to do on the Spanish section).
Of course, that's completely fine to translate your own quizzes in another language! And if you are doing so in a language you don't speak, rather than using a translator, ask a native. We are always glad to help respectful quizmakers who wants to spread their creations on the different linguistic sections of the site. Each week, I'm translating French quizzes for many different English-speaking users, and I would do that for you as well with pleasure if you wanted to.
