Small correction regarding the rivers: Oder and Spree are feminine, so it should say "an der Oder/Spree" respectively.

Frankfurt an der Oder is also the full name of a German city. Probably shouldn't be in the list of choices.

Question 4: The correct wording is "Frankfurt AN DER Elbe" as the river Elbe is feminine. In fact, almost all rivers are feminine in German, the Main being one of a few exceptions.
