I made the decision not to add them because they're not controlled by the USA.

As for the type-ins, I did not add them because the JP ones for the Marshall Islands and the Solomon Islands require both full words and i wanted to follow that standard.

I grind a lot; there are also tricks to level up fast, like using the random function (set up to untaken or not 5/5 quizzes) and going to quizmaster's series page and doing his quizzes, since like 99% of them are featured.
