For this new puzzle, the 8 nordic and baltic countries are all lined up. Can you determine their positions without making a single mistake?

• Two of the baltic countries stand next to each other; but they don't border each other in real life.
• There are two countries here that have their capital on an island. They are standing on the first and last position.
• The country with the capital Vilnius is standing on position 5.
• The country that uses the same flag colors as Israel is standing next to a country that has won the ESC seven times but it is not standing in the left half.
• The only country here with black on its flag is not standing in the right half.
• The biggest country here (by area) is standing next to the country it is connected to by bridge.
• There is a country here that has a flag with three stripes that have not the same width. It is not standing on the 4 middle positions.
