International Morse Code: letters to code

For each letter of the alphabet and number 0-9 add in the correct morse code using the letter " O " for dot and the letter " I " for dash (upper or lower case). O and I were chosen for their resemblance to a dot and (sideways) dash, but also due to their proximity on the keyboard.
