For question 15, the limit is 0. You either made a sign error in the question or in the solution - one can just evaluate the function at -4 to compute the limit.

There was indeed a sign error; the denominator was x^2 - 2x - 8 instead of x^2 + 2x - 8. It should be correct now, thanks for letting me know.
