From Letterboxd:

-This list counts women co-directors. Also includes transgender, non-binary and gender expansive directors.

-Films must be feature-length (more than 40 minutes), with a theatrical and/or festival release.

-Documentaries of any kind, short films, theater/stage, TV series or miniseries, and episodes are excluded. TV movies are included.

-There is a 5,000 minimum ratings threshold.

I know this is an international list so it’s more spread out, but I was quite surprised at no American Psycho, Clueless, Andrea Arnold, or any Jane Campion film
