this should be tittled "countries with the most first level subdivisions", because this quiz only ranks the countries with the most first level subdivisions

So one thing is that for this you used japan’s 47 prefectures, but the country is split into eight regions, which are its first level subdivisions, meanwhile you seemingly used first level subdivisions for every other county. This would be like using counties for the UK or départments for France. Not trying to sound like a nitpick, just trying to help. Interesting quiz!

The prefectures of Japan actually count as the First Level Subdivisions, not the 8 regions

The US has way more 1st level subdivisions than 52 according to Wikipedia. If this is including territories, the US has 50 states, 1 federal district, 326 Indian Reservations, 4 unincorporated organized territories, 1 incorporated unorganized territory, and 11 minor outlying islands which Wikipedia classifies as 1st level subdivisions.

Next time it is best to not have a source from a JetPunk quiz (featured or not) whenever Wikipedia lists it better. Also fact checking is also needed before using any source.
