Saw "Ancient Hebrew" in the results and did a triple take. I checked the linked sources from SIL and apparently it was only listed there because of a report from an SIL missionary who was teaching Biblical Hebrew classes in PNG. That definitely does not make Hebrew a language of PNG...

The University of Goroka in PNG teaches French, but French isn't on this list. I took Aramaic classes from Oxford, but that doesn't make Aramaic a British language. (Not blaming you, you're just copying from SIL. This is hardly be the first time SIL has furnished questionable data in its surveys.)
