4) If your good at flags, you should get this

5) Try to look at the end of one word and the start of another

6) 26 letters in the alphabet, 26 roman numerals shown.

7) Don't flip to the opposite, like the question has.

8) You should move forward, at least once, man.

9) If its not the start of the country, try looking at other letters?

10) Good luck. If A = ], D = /, G = (, K = { BEFORE each letter was moved identically to Q8, and the symbols are thrice repeated, then you have to understand it, ON outliers!
