It seems this lyric references the 'Slip, Stitch and Pass' version of the song, which featured Trey quoting The Doors song "The End". I don't believe this ever happened again and this is not really the first line to the song.
Only other one I missed was Sleep Again, haven't heard the song enough times to recognize it. Good song selection that made me think harder than I thought it would.
