It makes sense why Wyoming is so high, because Wyoming get so happy when anyone even bothers to go to their state! And I'm surprised Washington wasn't on there cause I've been to Seattle and they're nice. My state California isn't there of course, even Californians are rude to each other lol. A guy from LA and a guy from SF won't get along I don't think.

Washington State is 45th with California as the 40th friendliest state, to be honest I think Hawaii is only nice because they need tourists! This is according to tourists not from people who live there which might be why Washington is so low! New York ranks the most unfriendliest!
