I think a map makes the whammies obsolete. Maybe either take away map or just the dots, and make the dots appear once you guess them to make it harder.

I think Whammies are fine. People can still get a capital or two mixed up on a map.

Made Rome bigger so instead of having a circle radius of 4 it has a radius of 8
