California Teams by Old Logo (Full Name Edition)

Can you guess all of the teams from California by their logo? Here is the problem. It is old edition. Some of them are new, so they will be their current logo. (P.S. You have to spell out the full name. That includes city or state and team name) (P.P.S. For the Athletics, just put Athletics, with a capital A) This is decently hard so don't be surprised.
