Can you name every settlement in North Macedonia with a population of 5,000 or more? This quiz uses the official 2021 Census results. Please note that "settlement" refers to the specific town or village core, not the entire municipality. Some legally designated "cities" (like Kruševo or Valandovo) are excluded because their resident population has fallen below 5,000. Conversely, some large independent villages and suburban towns are included due to their high population.
