Look at a EEZ map, Gambia's EEZ is a long rectangle between Senegal's EEZ and reaches Cabo Verde's EEZ, Togo has the same thing but it's coast is smaller so it's EEZ is also smaller

Yes looking at the length of their coastlines, it's amazing that Cameroon is on the list but Benin and Gambia not.

I think the more important factor isn't the length of the coastline, but whether there's some land cutting it off from the open ocean.
