Probably won't happen. He's too efficient (ridiculous 63.2 shooting percentage last season). Plus he's a great passer.

Some of the guys on this list are delivering high-volume/low-quality scoring.

Jokic is the opposite. He favors quality over quantity. Which is what makes him the best offensive talent in the NBA right now.

how did 61% get Karl Malone but only 60% get Moses Malone?
+4

Presumably because some people only typed in Karl Malone instead of just putting the last name and getting both at once.

kobe should've gotton the 2006 mvp nash only had 18 ppg game although he had 10 asists per game that shouldn've given him the mvp.
+7
Level 47
Jan 24, 2022
the reason nash won mvp was cuz he brought a 20 win team to a 60 win team, while kobe was the 7th seed

Nope, but it's close.

Nash averaged 18.8 points on 51% shooting and contributed another 25 points with assists.

Kobe averaged 35 per game while shooting 45% with another 10 points in assists.

Are we just going to ignore 1962 Wilt with 50.4 points per game AVERAGE? After Wilt's 50.4 and 44.8 seasons, the next closest to even 40 was Jordan with 37.1.

In the NBA there really are a handful of players that completely stick out compared to the rest of the people playing at the time. Wilt is definitely one of them.

He was a stat padder, his teams did better when he was just playing without trying to score as much as he possibly could, or without un-needingly passing just to get assists. He was a great player, but he only won two titles in part to his own selfishness.

This is the narrative built up because Chamberlain was loud, arrogant, and flashy, and Russell was quiet and polite, but it's wrong. Look at the stats. He dominated Russell head-to-head but he rarely had talent around him. When he did, he won titles.
