Mr. Men & Little Misses with Hats

You don't need to put 'Mr.' or 'Little Miss' before the character's name.

This does not include any; special edition characters (eg. Little Miss Stella), characters that don't have their own book (eg. Mr. Miserable) or characters that aren't canon to the UK-series (eg. Mr. Brawler)

Some of the hats are hard to distinguish and may not be modelled after any hat in particular, but I have done my best to identify each of them.
