The following quiz has 191 first-order subdivsion flags from 8 countries.
Identify them by their Anglicized name, accent marks are optional.
Flags Include:
47 Japanese Prefectures, 39 English Historic Counties, 20 Italian Regions, 19 Spanish Autonomies, 15 British Overseas Territories, 3 British Crown Dependencies, 10 Belgian Provinces, 12 Dutch Provinces, 6 Dutch Caribbean Territories, 11 Australian States and Territories, 9 Austrian States (all from Wikipedia)
Akrotiri and Dhekelia (British Overseas Territories) and Jervis Bay Territory (Australia) have been excluded due to the fact they have no official unique flags. Japanese Ō can not be submitted as "ou" (i.e. Ouita is invalid). "Islands" can be excluded from the answer (i.e. Falkland is a valid answer). Countries using the Latin script also have answers available in their respective languages. Belgian answers are also available in Dutch and French.
